Google Reader or Downloadable Reader?
Hey folks…I need some thoughts on feed readers. Currently, I have been using the feed reader connected to the Windows Live Mail email client. However, I have recently been thinking about switching to the Google Reader. The advantage of readers like Windows Live is that all of the posts are accessible offline. The Google Reader (unless I’m mistaken) can only be accessed through a web browser.
So…what feed readers do you all use and recommend? Advantages? Disadvantages?

I use Google Reader. I have tried several feed readers both on the computer and iPhone. I keep going back to Google Reader. Mainly because I can access it from my work/home computer and my phone without rereading feeds. Makes it easy. Especially with over 100 feeds I check daily.

Good point. I hadn’t thought about access across multiple computers/formats.

I swear by google reader – have used it for years now. It integrates so easily with everything else google does as well. It does have a form of offline capabilities – if you install google gears in your browser you can enable it. Check out this for more info: http://www.google.com/help/reader/offline.html
I can’t really imagine any reader working much better than gReader.
